Learning Targets for the Unit:
I CAN…explain the causes of the Great Depression. and connect those causes to those of the Great Recession of the early 2000's.
I CAN...identify major events in American history & culture during the 1930's. I CAN...differentiate between liberal and conservative thinking (and connect this thinking to Hoover & FDR). I CAN...explain the New Deal goals. I CAN...identify proponents and opponents to the New Deal and conclude why. I CAN...explain short and long term impacts of the New Deal. I CAN...evaluate the success of the New Deal. I CAN...formulate an argument and support it with quality evidence.
