Learning Targets for the Unit:
I CAN…explain the reaction in the U.S. to the perceived threat of communism.
I CAN… analyze the causes and effects of the quota system in the U.S. I CAN…describe some post-war tension between labor and management. I CAN…describe identify scandals that plagued the presidency during the 1920’s. I CAN...analyze how popular culture was a reflection of the political, economic & social events of the 1920's. I CAN...explain the struggles between fundamentalists (traditionalists) and modernists. I CAN...explain the long process that led to women's suffrage. I CAN...connect the suffrage movement to other revolutions/movements in history.
